“I was sick and tired of being SICK and TIRED”

I’m Leanne Roulston a mum of two beautiful girls, in my late 40’s.  A Qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Holistic Wellness Coach with over 20 + years experience, and I live with Chronic Fatigue and an Incurable Form of Cancer.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve done the research, gained qualifications, experiences, and most of all I’ve learned valuable lessons and made mistakes so you don’t have to.

As part of my own personal health journey of discovery, I found what I believe to be the KEY PRINCIPLES to increase energy levels naturally, crush cravings, easily lose weight and feel better than ever.

I hope to inspire and educate you, so you can Ignite Energy Levels, Crush those Cravings, Lose Weight and To Be Your Healthiest Self With Simple Healthy Habits

 

Before my diagnosis, I was a busy business owner, mum, and a self-confessed ‘workaholic’…juggling work, home…I was highly stressed, not sleeping well, lived on caffeine, grabing on the go food, energy drinks and sugargy sweets!

Unfortunately, this is becoming the norm for so many women.

Before it’s too late…

In this fast past world, we often don’t put ourselves on our own ‘To Do List’…we don’t prioritize our own needs let alone our health and wellness.

Until it’s too late…

After taking care of everyone else – juggling work, careers, home, kids, dinner, kids’ homework, partner…you get the picture, if we’re lucky we might put ourselves LAST on that  ‘To Do List’…(if we get on it at all) with little energy left to give.

Questions you may ask yourself:

“Why do I always feel so tired and sluggish, no matter how much sleep I get?”

“I crave sugary snacks all the time. How can I control my sugar cravings?”

“I’ve tried so many diets, but nothing seems to work for me. Why can’t I lose weight?”

Before you turn to that chocolate bar, biscuit, bag of lollies, or bag of potato chips let’s look at why you may be reaching for your next sugar fix.

Let’s have a chat about why this could be happening.

Unfortunately, there are far too many people who aren’t living—they are just existing.

As women we too often wear our level of fatigue as a badge of honor.

We will often do for bosses and our loved ones and it’s more acceptable to “let ourselves go.” believing it’s okay to “sacrifice ourselves”

But we need to wake up and stop lying to ourselves…before it’s too late!

If you don’t take care of yourself, in the long run, you could be ultimately harming all the other people you love in your life.

With an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Including increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels, and yes cancer.

I know this may seem a bit confronting,

but,

I know first-hand the importance of looking after yourself FIRST…so we CAN take care of our loved ones in the future. (My Story)

Throughout my health journey, I’ve made many mistakes and had some incredible successes.

Within these mistakes and successes,

I found these powerful pillars that have become My Health Heroes that I truly believe we should all be following To Ignite ENERGY, Crush Cravings & Lose Weight While Enjoying Mouth-Watering Meals and Sweet Treats.
